Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligible full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • unaltered

  • returned with original tags attached

  • returned in original packaging when possible

Please try items on carefully. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags.

Refunds

For eligible full-price items returned within 14 days of delivery, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Eligible full-price items returned within 30 days of delivery may be returned for:

  • store credit, or

  • exchange for another size or item, subject to availability

Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, items purchased during promotional or seasonal sale periods, and any other items clearly noted as non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at oneofthesedays@triple7distribution.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed.

A Note on Exceptions

We understand that not every situation is the same. In select cases, we may make exceptions at our discretion, including for first-time orders, shipping delays, or verified fit issues.
